🔐 Access control & multi-CPO

You decide who charges, how, and through which operator.

Fuzz gives you full control over charging authorization and your relationships with charge point operators (CPOs).

Multi-CPO: several operators, one site

Connect multiple CPOs to the same site. Fuzz acts as an intelligent OCPP proxy between your charge points and the operators:

  • each charge point can be routed to the CPO of your choice
  • change operators without changing hardware
  • no vendor lock-in: your charge points remain free

Four authorization modes

The authorization mode is configured per site, according to your needs:

ModeBehaviorUse case
Plug & ChargeNo authenticationPublic parking, smooth experience
CPOValidation by the external operatorPublic charging with operator billing
LocalLocal whitelist onlyPrivate sites, company fleets, maximum resilience
LocalThenCPOWhitelist first, otherwise CPOBest of both worlds

The LocalThenCPO hybrid mode

The local whitelist answers instantly (no network latency, priorities respected even offline). If the badge is unknown, the request is forwarded to the CPO. Ideal for a mixed employee + public site.

Centralized local whitelist

Manage all your badges from the console:

  • creation and management per company
  • bulk CSV import/export to deploy hundreds of badges
  • automatic synchronization to all the company's sites
  • active/inactive badges, holder names

Priorities per RFID badge

Each badge carries a charging priority: during dynamic power rebalancing, priority vehicles are served first.

Examples:

  • company fleet prioritized over visitors
  • premium clients served before occasional users
  • essential electric vehicles (ambulance, security) always prioritized

Consumption tracking per badge

Each RFID badge has its own aggregated consumption history (day/week/month), exportable:

  • re-invoicing to tenants or subcontractors
  • internal billing per department or employee
  • detailed reporting per end user
