π Energy optimization
Your site consumes the same energy β but pays less.
Fuzz controls your equipment based on the hourly electricity price and your site's situation: solar production, battery state, grid constraints.
Market price controlβ
Fuzz retrieves spot prices (ENTSO-E) and automatically adapts behavior:
- charge at low prices: sessions are favored during market off-peak hours
- price modulation: above a configurable threshold, charging slows down or pauses; automatic resumption as soon as prices return to acceptable levels
- negative prices: photovoltaics is intelligently curtailed to avoid paying to inject
Thresholds are configurable per badge: some users can be exempted from modulation.
Batteries: your profitable assetβ
Fuzz turns your batteries into an arbitrage tool:
| Capability | Benefit |
|---|---|
| Controlled charge/discharge | Charge at low prices, release at the right moment |
| Scheduled strategies | Different behavior depending on the time of day |
| Smart SoC thresholds | Progressive transition, without brutal peaks |
| GridTarget | The battery keeps the grid exchange on a defined target |
| Peak shaving | Trimming peaks β reduced subscribed power |
Maximized photovoltaicsβ
- real-time optimized self-consumption
- coordination with charging: vehicles consume solar power when it is produced
- anti-negative-price curtailment
24-hour forecastβ
Fuzz anticipates consumption and production for the next 24 hours (load forecasts + market prices) to plan optimal decisions before they are needed.
The concrete benefitβ
Direct reduction of your energy bill, valorization of your flexibility, and preparation for capacity markets and tomorrow's grid services.
