Fuzz smart charging is a real-time engine running directly on your site's local controller. It continuously distributes the available power across all your charge points.

How it works

Every second, Fuzz:

  1. measures the actual currents on each phase of your installation
  2. computes the available power without ever exceeding your connection limits
  3. distributes that power across the charge points according to your rules
  4. sends the setpoints to the charge points instantly

Key capabilities

Multi-asset dynamic distribution

The engine does not only handle charge points: it orchestrates your entire site — charge points, batteries, photovoltaics — to maximize the use of your grid connection.

Per-user priorities

Each RFID badge can carry a priority: during rebalancing, priority vehicles (clients, fleets, management) keep their power first.

Fine-grained phase management

Fuzz manages the phase mapping (L1/L2/L3) of each device and balances the three phases of your installation.

Power optimizer

A vehicle limited to 11 kW on a 22 kW charge point? Fuzz detects the unused power and automatically reallocates it to vehicles that can benefit from it.

Protection watchdog

In case of overload risk, the watchdog reacts in less than a second: immediate reduction followed by progressive rebalancing. Your installation is protected in all circumstances — even without internet.

Total resilience

Smart charging runs locally on the controller: an internet outage interrupts neither protection nor charging.

The concrete benefit

A site limited to 37 kW can charge 10 to 20 vehicles simultaneously instead of 2 or 3 at full power. No works, no increase in subscribed power.
